Denis joined VM on January 1, 2024, as Vice President, Enterprise Risk for the VM Financial Group. On January 1, 2025, he was promoted to the post of Group Chief Risk Officer.

In this role, Denis oversees and manages VM Group’s risk management framework across all business units and geographies. The role involves identifying, assessing and mitigating all enterprise risks, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks to ensure the organization achieves its objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance and protecting its reputation.

Denis has vast experience and strong skills in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Risk & General Management. He is a strategic thinker and change-maker.
